In a world where we are pressured to do more and be more, while we experience unprecedented times, it can be easy to lose our peace and fall into a mindset prone to worry, fear, and anxiety. But what if I told you that you can exchange that worry, fear, and anxiety for the peace God promises? I know it's possible because I did it, and thousands of my patients have too. In this session, we're going to tackle mental rest through guided reflection so that when you're tempted to sacrifice your peace, you'll instead remember the strategies to hold on to the peace Christ came to give.
